Acerca del Tiempo
Hace poco escuche a un autor hablando de la importancia de vivir en el presente. No en el pasado y no en el futuro, pues el nivel de energia que perdemos pensando en el pasado o en el futuro nos previene de obtener o alcanzar nuestros objetivos del presente. Me parece una idea muy acertada y empezare a aplicarla en mi vida.
